Lightning RESET is a combination of three things which people may be interested in for the sake of avoiding similar-looking obstacles or creating similar-looking opportunities. First, my own experience of working through the personal and professional ups and downs. Felt like you've had a heart attack or been in a car accident? Enjoyed the glory of global praise for jobs well done? You get it... Second, Lightning has a personal link and also means that if we get this right, we only need to strike once to create the environment for new success. And third, the RESET framework. All change methods IMO have a beginning, middle, and end. RESET is no different. What I offer is the benefit of having gone through the ups and downs that come with working and engaging with some great people, some not-so-great people, the metaphorical and non-metaphorical heart attacks and car accidents at home and at work, ... all in aid of utilising what I've been through to helping you choose and walk a smoother path for your sake and the sake of those you love.
